Queremos que ames tu compra. Si tu artículo llega dañado, defectuoso o incorrecto, contáctanos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega y lo resolveremos con un reemplazo o un reembolso.
Para ser elegible para una devolución, el artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste. Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren por cuenta del cliente, salvo que el error haya sido nuestro.
Una vez recibida e inspeccionada tu devolución, te notificaremos la aprobación o el rechazo de tu reembolso. Si se aprueba, el reembolso se procesará al método de pago original.

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was ours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
